For more than 40 years, I have been exploring the intersection of spirituality, healing, consciousness, and what it means to live a meaningful and authentic life. My journey has taken me through meditation, metaphysics, mysticism, the Akashic Records, Shamanism, Tantra, sacred sexuality, women's spirituality, somatic healing, and many other paths of spiritual inquiry.

Today, I bring all of that experience into Heart and Soul Mentoring, where spiritual wisdom meets real life. I offer Akashic Counseling and Healing, spiritual guidance, life mentoring, and practical support for navigating the questions, transitions, challenges, and deeper calling that life brings.

I don't believe spirituality is meant to take us away from our everyday lives. It is meant to help us live them more consciously, wholeheartedly, and authentically.

My role is to help you listen more deeply, see what may be beneath the surface, heal what is ready to be healed, and discover the wisdom that can help you move forward.
