SasseGirls is a training program for girls 15-18 that helps them become authentically sexually empowered.
In this year of the Girl and of the "Me Too" movement, of women speaking up. Change is in the air and Sasse is part of this change. Women have taken a stand and no longer will put up with sexual objectification in the workplace, media, and at home.
SasseGirls seeks to provide a safe and sacred space for teen girls to explore and discover for themselves what it means to be a sexually aware, savvy, smart and empowered young woman in today's world.
Sasse Girls seeks to create a new model that will give girls new images of "sexy and powerful" women and help them to find their own authentic expression. Through a variety of the creative arts, media, and discussion, peer counseling, girls will explore new ideas of what being a sexy, confident and empowered woman is and begin to develop an inner sense of what these words mean for themselves and how to embody it genuinely.
